Having Christmas lunch at wadwicks, and it's so good I have stopped halfway through to put this review on! Everything is cooked to perfection! Staff so polite and friendly despite being busy. My husband had the burger which was also super tasty and very full of meat! Definitely well recommend!
Went for breakfast on Saturday, it was nice to be able to book a table, something that other local cafes don't offer. Nice atmosphere & friendly staff, great service. The food was nice, but there wasn't enough of it. Normally after a cafe breakfast I can skip lunch, but I was hungry within a couple hours. Maybe what I ate? Should have had the Full English!
Amazing quality of food. Would just say the portion size is a little small for the price. for one slice of black pudding was £3.50, however the black pudding was incredible.
Flew in for a visit and had a brilliant experience! Picked up a few lovely items from the shop, then headed into the café for some delicious ice cream and a rich, warming hot chocolate. Great service and a relaxed, scenic spot — definitely worth the stop!
Went to the Forage at Wadswick for the first time yesterday. 5 adults 1x9yr child and a 1 yr old. What a fantastic experience! Wonderful, relaxed space with a fantastic view from our table upstairs Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Food was fantastic, wonderful beef burger and gorgeous fries. Also luscious puddings. Will definitely return.
Nice environment - food good but really overpriced. £16 for a salad and £10 for a scotch egg on a few salad leaves - both delicious but not too small to be worth the ££’s. Service was a bit slow as well. Kept having to ask people to serve us … we were in a booth and felt they just ignored us.
Cracking food, great breakfast, very good quality. Plenty of parking on site, and the main road entrance has just been widened so it's no longer a single track.
Really enjoyable breakfast. You could tell the sausage and bacon were good quality and tasted so good. Maybe slightly pricey, especially when you pay extra for black pudding but might as well go all in if you are going for it. Eggs Benedict was really good too.
